Tucked into the heart of Sutton on Trent, The Butchers Brew breathes new life into a beloved old butcher’s shop. We’ve swapped cleavers for coffee beans, but our values remain the same — quality, community, and a warm welcome for everyone who walks through our doors.

At The Butchers Brew, we believe in proper food made with purpose. From hand-filled cobs and hearty pastries to home-baked cakes and daily specials, our menu is crafted with local ingredients and a whole lot of love. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a slow lunch, here’s a sample of our menu:
Lincolnshire Cheddar with tangy pickle. A classic British bite.
Free-range eggs with cayenne pepper mayo.

Equally as delicious as The Whole Shebang. Slightly smaller.
Our vegetarian option. Think “Halloumi, Eggs, Hash browns, Mushrooms, Spinach”. Acclaimed as “the best vegetarian breakfast I’ve ever had” by one of our regulars. We’ll take that.
Stack of buttermilk fluffy pancakes. Options include savoury with bacon and maple syrup; greek yoghurt, fresh berries and honey; or just butter and maple syrup if you prefer Americana style.
Two egg omelette with two or three fillings of your choice from our menu. Be as creative as you want.

Ask our staff and we can see what we can do! Usual additions can include overnight oats or different pancake combos. If it’s on the menu, we can usually put it together with a bit of creativity!
